Those who find themselves in NYC over Halloween weekend, can partake in a spooky night fully of mystery at Refinery Rooftop’s Fourth Annual Halloween Masquerade Ball on October 27th. This black tie optional, masks required event begins at 9pm with live entertainment featuring music, magic and more.
