Forbes Features Trademark Taste + Grind in a Roundup of Birthday Cocktails

Forbes Features Trademark Taste + Grind in a Roundup of Birthday Cocktails

This cocktail from Trademark Taste + Grind in New York, created by Will Benedetto, Director of Bars at In Good Company Hospitality,  is made of Coco Puff infused almond milk, Manhattan Moonshine, and Mr. Black. “During our first attempts at making cereal milk at scale we let a cup of coco puffs sit in a quart of almond milk over night only to find golf ball sized Coco puffs the next day. Now we use a tablespoon of ground coco puffs per quart of almond milk and just give it a good shake to infuse it. This is a fun cocktail laced with childhood nostalgia, making it the perfect birthday cocktail. The garnish with Coco Puffs is OTT and celebratory, it’s even better than a cake!” says Benedetto.
