Taylor grew up in a small town in South Carolina. Throughout college, she worked in restaurants, starting off as a host and quickly moving on to server. After receiving a Business Degree in Entrepreneurship from Winthrop University, she moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she continued to work in restaurants as a server and bartender. Her passion for the industry and working with people kept her moving through different positions and soaking up any knowledge available. She began to round out her restaurant expertise by taking over positions in the kitchen, working as an Expeditor. After moving on to a national restaurant chain based out of Charlotte, she opened several locations across the country, working as Bartender, Bar Manager, and Service Trainer.
