Jeff Haskell

Jeff always knew he wanted to be a Chef and got his start washing pots at a little Inn in New London, NH. He realized his love of cooking at that Inn, where he found it very intriguing that the Chef would buy game birds from local hunters and mushrooms from foragers in addition to growing his own herbs and vegetables.

After quickly rising through the ranks to the position of breakfast cook Jeff went on to attend The Culinary Institute of America to further his knowledge and technique. Jeff has spent time in the kitchens of Recette, Upland, Aureole, The Broadmoor Hotel and the Breakers Hotel. Jeff worked with Big Time Restaurant Group in South Florida opening and running New American restaurants in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. In 2011 he competed on the Food Network show Iron Chef America with Chef /owner Jesse Schenker, (Recette, The Gander NYC) which they won.

Prior to joining In Good Company Hospitality, Jeff most recently spent two years as the Executive Chef at City Winery in Manhattan. Happy to be living back in his favorite city, Jeff spends his time off exploring the neighborhoods of New York City on his bike searching for delicious food, green markets and great music.
