Dominick D’Aleo started his career in hospitality over twelve years ago. Beginning his career as a bartender, Dominick rapidly ascended the ranks; transitioning from bartender to manager, GM, then regional manager. His experience spans across some of Manhattan’s most high-volume bars and restaurants. His unmatched passion for hospitality and entrepreneurial spirit lead him to IGC Hospitality team in 2014. Dominick began with IGC Hospitality as the General Manager of Refinery Rooftop. He is currently the Assistant Director of Operations.
