Dan Tubridy is co-founder and principal of the New York City based, In Good Company Hospitality Dan, better known as “Dee”, brings over 25 years of experience in the restaurant, catering and hospitality industries. Dee graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1999 with a degree in Management and Finance and was a four year letterman and captain of the basketball team.
Growing up in the restaurant business under the guidance of his father, Dee was instilled with a strong work ethic. Having served in every role at the family establishment from dishwasher to General Manager, Dee developed the confidence and knowledge to open his first venue in 2002. Metro 53 was a 7,000 square restaurant, lounge, and bar located in New York City. From there, Dee partnered with his brother Terence and Jeff Brosi to found In Good Company Hospitality. This newly formed venture helped launch Libation, Park Avenue Tavern, Parker & Quinn, Refinery Rooftop, Winnie’s Jazz Bar and Rockaway’s own Bungalow Bar and Restaurant.
Dee has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Daily News, in addition to Spike TV, NBC, and NY1. Dee lives in Rockaway with his wife Rachel and three children, Rosemary, Ryan and Shane.
