Manhattan With A Twist Features Mondrian Terrace in This Rooftop Transformed into the Rosé Destination of the Summer

This Rooftop Transformed into the Rosé Destination of the Summer

Rosé all day? More like rosé all summer! The lavish rooftop at the Mondrian Park Avenue, Mondrian Terrace, has transformed this summer into a rosé-themed wonderland, with both indoor and outdoor seating (perfect for this finicky weather!). The newly-dubbed Rosé Terrace could go badly gimmicky, but luckily doesn’t go over the top with millennial pink decor, instead adding subtle touches of color with floral walls, making sure to appeal to both men and women.

Their on theme menu features a delicious selection of rosé wines (all of which are available by the glass or bottle), as well as rosé cocktails, all of which hit the spot. You can opt for a classic Frosé, or branch out to more innovative options like the Rosérita, a riff on a classic margarita, featuring Casamigos Blanco Tequila, Marie Brizard Raspberry, chili, lime and agave, or even the popular Tastemaker, made with Grey Goose Vodka, Romance Rosé, strawberry, cucumber, lemon and soda. Other cocktails include a Rosé Sangria, Rosé Sbagliatio, r – G & T, Terrace Sparkler, and Smoke Show. We didn’t have a bad sip in the place!

Uproxx Features The Boogie Room in Bartenders Tell Us Their Go-To Bottle For National Cognac Day

Spencer Elliott, head bartender at The Boogie Room in New York City

The Hennessey Black is my go-to, while not readily available at most bars this affordable bottle is a lighter, more mixable version than that of the VS (Very Special) and without having to spring for the costly VSOP (Very Special Old Pale) this bottle makes for sipping or mixing joy.
