  • 30 hours per month open access to the lounge work space*
  • unlimited free wireless internet access
  • free unlimited faxing, copying and printing (b&w), free outgoing national phone calls
  • complimentary storage locker
  • discounted meeting room packages
  • address use for package delivery and courier services
  • unlimited, complimentary coffee, tea and water

 

Monthly Fee Structure

Monthly Fee of $275
Community Membership fee is $250
*Unused hours rollover for future use, provided that you maintain the same level of membership or higher

All of our monthly membership packages are month to month, and do not require a security deposit. We do require 30 day written cancellation notice to terminate monthly memberships. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Meeting Place members receive a discounted Annual Community Membership fee of $250. Annual Community Fee is waived with a 6 month prepay for the first year only.
