This workshop includes an outline of best practices for the entire recruiting and hiring life cycle for start-ups and small organizations. We will teach you how to maximize your time, energy, money and staff, how to find people who will fit well within your organizational culture, and how to best position your firm/brand in the marketplace so you will attract and retain top talent. During this session we will review the entire hiring lifecycle, including:
- Defining the role within your organization
- Building proper job requirement(s)
- Creating and working candidate pipelines (identify, qualify, screen, assess,
interview, and reference checks, and on-boarding prospective candidates). - Extending an offer and On-boarding
- Integrating the new employee into the Team
