Best thing about working for yourself?
Freedom! I love having a flexible schedule and working on my terms. Being my own boss is challenging and exciting at the same time. I am completely in charge of my destiny and every week is a new adventure! I also love working directly with my clients and seeing how my services boost their confidence!

Worst thing about working for yourself?
The paperwork

Why did you start your business?
I wanted to do something I feel passionate about and wake up every day feeling challenged and complete at the same time. Truth is, fashion has always been a part of my life, but it took me some time in finding a meaningful way to use my eye and passion for it!

As a Style Consultant, I truly enjoy making a difference in people’s life and give them an opportunity to express their authentic self through their personal style.

When did you start to think of yourself as an entrepreneur?
I guess always.

I always knew I wanted to have my own business. The question was “doing what?” Moving to New York was the best decision I made. I had the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs who were courageous enough to leave a comfortable position in Corporate America and follow their dreams.

This combined with repeated encouragements from friends, family and colleagues made me take a leap of faith and quit my job in banking. That was the defining moment.

How do you relax?
I am a big fan of massages, in particular now that I spend so much time walking and carrying things when shopping with clients. I also enjoy travelling with my husband and spending quality time with my family and friends.

What is something that you are known for?
I believe my clients appreciate my non-judgmental attitude and friendly demeanor! I am known for putting them at ease and making the styling process fun, inspiring and empowering.

What 5 things would you never like to be without?
Family, Laughs, Sun, Water, iPhone.

Who is a person that inspires you?
My mother. She raised 5 kids alone and did a pretty good job.
