As longtime fans of Byrd&Belle products (Adelaide has the felt iPod cases), we welcomed the opportunity to chat with designer and founder Angie and learn more about her “accidental” business. She’s learned a lot in a short period of time and was quick to share these really important lessons. This one seemed especially important:

“There is a lot of negativity in the world and sometimes somebody going to have a bad day and say something about you, and you just have to let it go and know in the large scheme of things that those little hiccups aren’t really going to affect you and so try not to take them personally, because it’s not really about you. Don’t worry about what other people think makes you successful, just do your thing.”
