Not far from Allison Hemming and The Hired Guns we met with Julia Pimsleur of the foreign language learning company Little Pim. We enjoyed meeting Julia and learned a lot. Here are a few things we remarked on:

Adelaide – I was really interested by how Julia used her background expertise and market opportunity to define the best direction of the company. There were many, many directions the company could go but these things helped her to “privilege everything in the digital space”.

Amy – I like how Julia, as a second time entrepreneur, quickly embraced the idea that you can never finish everything – you can only do your best to prioritize!
