We are big admirers of Journelle, a gorgeous lingerie boutique right in our neighborhood. We were excited to visit, get a tour, and talk with Claire at the 17th street location. Here are a few things that stuck with us:
Adelaide – I LOVE that Claire has a really strong and powerful mission. She wants to change the way that women buy lingerie and strives to be the Sephora of lingerie and to challenge the Victoria Secret status quo.
Amy – I was so interested in how Claire described the developmental stages of her business. When her business was a baby she had a blank slate and had room for making small mistakes and tweaking, but as her business has entered what she describes as “adolescence” she has found that she has more at stake and less room for error.
