After a quick lunch, we drove back downtown to meet Suzanne Muchin of ROI Ventures in their gorgeous offices. We loved talking with Suzanne and aside from a whole lot of inspiration, here are a few things we walked away thinking about:

Adelaide – I was really intrigued by Suzanne’s belief in the power of example. She strives to be and set a good example in creating her company culture and even in the design of her professional space. Suzanne believed it was important to model both to employees and also to clients.

Amy – I was interested by some advice that Suzanne received along the way. She was told “to delegate that which you know and keep that what you don’t know”. This advice has shifted Suzanne’s role and the growth of her company.
