After a nice dinner and great night’s sleep, we started the day by meeting with Genevieve Thiers of the ever-expanding SitterCity. They are located in the Mercantile Exchange building, which was neat to visit. After a lovely chat, here are a few things we walked away thinking about:
Adelaide – I was interested by how SitterCity has expanded it’s services and offerings over time. Genevieve stressed that they have conducted lots of “safe” experiments based on user requests. And that they have developed a litmus test for how many requests they need to receive in order to initiate a response experiment.
Amy – Genevieve had really great advice for companies who imagine having investment of any form in the future. She said: “the more you have built, the more you will keep”.
Thank you, Genevieve!
