After spending more than a year reviewing expansion options and debating our “next best step” in growing our company and the In Good Company community, we decided to open an additional space that offered full-time desks and private offices. Several of our members’ needs had “outgrown” our current shared accommodations and we didn’t like turning away potential members who needed a more private or permanent office solution.
It was then quite fortuitous that the floor below us in our current building became available earlier than anticipated. With some quick decision making and lots of round the clock work, we went from negotiating to major construction to open for business in about 8 weeks. It’s been quite a busy spring!
The 3rd floor was officially opened on June 1st after an exhausting, all-hands-on-deck Memorial Day weekend. It was a true team effort and luckily we had some husbands and brothers on hand to help out. (Just further proving the point that having your own business is truly a family affair!)
Anyway, we have been thrilled to welcome several members into their new digs and to spend the last couple weeks tying up loose ends.
